SUMMARY The Sr. Account Executive will work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team to develop new prospects, build relationships, and interact with existing customers to increase sales of products and services in the mid‑stream petroleum and logistics industry.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify business opportunities, manage the sales process, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient order management and after‑sales support.
Revenue accountability for a specified account base within a region, customer type, or line of business.
Apply sales strategy, market analysis, and industry concepts, practices, and procedures.
Employ creativity and latitude in building customer dependencies.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand needs, offer tailored solutions, and deliver value‑added services.
Review volume, revenue, and gross margin variances; manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and activities.
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, communications, or a related area preferred.
EXPERIENCE 5+ years of sales experience.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power BI). Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.

Knowledgeable of industry issues in mid‑stream petroleum distribution, transportation, supply chain management, and technology use in logistics.
OTHER Travel regionally for client meetings, site visits, and events (up to 50%). Subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check to obtain driving history.

WORKING CONDITIONS Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature, and the like. Extended use of a computer keyboard, computer monitor viewing, and the ability to sit for long periods of time.
