Overview The Gogo Business Aviation is looking for a Sales Coordinator who outshines in coordinating sales orders, return orders, and general dealer/customer requests. This involves processing purchase orders into the company's Order Entry and tracking system, maintaining close communication and coordination with Gogo RSMs, OEM Managers, Technical and Customer Support, Production/Shipping, and assisting departments. It is essential always to ensure high accuracy and responsiveness and be flexible to meet the changing needs of customers and the company. The position also involves providing internal support to Gogo Sales and Marketing Teams.

How will you make a difference?

Coordinate and enter all orders received via email and/or online

OEM and RSM Support process orders, RMA's, credit memos, mailings, and material and sales literature distribution

Respond to dealer/customer requests swiftly and efficiently

Work with the Inside Sales team to complete projects needed and provide backup as necessary

Stay informed and updated on Navision, Salesforce, and other tools used in Inside Sales

Attend all training as required for the position

Assist with coordinating paperwork for dealer contracts and follow through on the process

Stay informed and educated all AS9100 processes as required in Inside Sales

Assist in Dealer and Customer mailings

Assist in distributing any sales leads through general email boxes or phones.

Establish and maintain relationships with Dealer and OEM Buyers

Be familiar with existing Dealer and OEM contracts

Perform other related duties as required/assigned

Qualifications

Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Some experience in business aviation sales, sales support, customer service, or inside sales roles.

Willing to train in the Broomfield, Colorado office Monday through Friday for the first 3-4 weeks and then transition to work in a hybrid environment (2-3 days in the office).

Ability to travel occasionally

Equal Pay Disclosure(s) Base Pay: 25.20 - 31.50 USD Hourly

Target Annual Short-Term Incentive: Bonus Plan at 5% (of Annualized Base Pay)
