Regional Sales Manager-Labels Flexible Packaging

A leading label production plant in Rancho Cordova, outside Sacramento, CA, is seeking an experienced sales professional. This individual must have prior experience in selling labeling and packaging solutions. Areas they focus on are Food, Beverage, Spirits, Pet food, and Cannabis. This location has just purchased new flexographic printing presses to help expand its market share in the region. An ideal candidate is someone with prior experience selling printing related to labels and packaging in these markets. This role can lead to a leadership role quickly. They will offer a solid base with strong commissions and full benefits. Expect this to be a six-figure income with no cap on earnings, my guess is $150k to $200k. They have a great leader who is very involved and wants to see everyone succeed. Low turnover with a great estimating team.
