Ballard Truck Leasing, a locally owned leader in transportation services across New England, is expanding! We’re looking for passionate, motivated B2B sales professionals to join our growing team.
As an RSR, you’ll be at the forefront of our business development efforts—marketing our rental product lines, managing key accounts, and helping customers optimize their fleet planning and profitability.
Responsibilities and Duties/Essential Functions:
Build and grow customer relationships through direct sales and account management
Generate leads, cold call prospects, and present tailored proposals
Recommend rental solutions based on customer needs
Prepare estimates, bids, and contracts
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor offerings
Support rental counter activities and assist with delivery coordination
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
2+ years of B2B sales experience (transportation industry preferred)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-starter with a customer‑first mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
