The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will provide strategic guidance and mentoring to direct and indirect reports within their region. Designs, develops, and implements plans, processes, systems, and methodologies for improving sales capabilities and performance including the areas of customer service, growth, quality, and project management. This position leads transformational go-to-market projects and works closely with branch operations, service sales, manufacturing, engineering, finance, and customer service departments. The RSM oversees the hiring and maintenance of multiple local sales teams, including training, mentoring, supporting, managing, and driving teams to achieve and/or exceed established monthly sales budgets. The role offers a flexible remote work arrangement with occasional on-site visits as needed, and requires collaboration across functions to succeed. What You Will Do Develop, define, communicate, and execute the regional sales plan in concert with operations, manufacturing, and finance for Stanley Access Technologies. Manage the day-to-day activities of sales representatives, including regular pipeline reviews, developing local sales strategies, assigning leads, opportunities and accounts, and assisting in timely resolution of local customer issues. Coordinate with national account sales, service sales, and branch operations to deliver alignment across field functions and achieve best-in-class customer satisfaction. Cultivate an environment focused on customer service and satisfaction while meeting or exceeding regional targets through follow-up to ensure agreements are executed for product sales and installations at local sites. Form high-performing teams and lead regional efforts to source, hire, train, and develop talent through monthly and formal performance meetings, reviewing sales performance and setting action items to reach targets. Provide acquisition integration on a regional basis. Focus on transformational go-to-market strategy, delivering improved growth opportunities at the local level. Train sales representatives on new products and company initiatives to drive growth plans and competitive action plans. Support the marketing plan through sales efforts directed toward dealers, organizations, professional clients, and end users. Travel – Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time. What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor's Degree, preferred 5+ years of sales and/or leadership experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives concurrently Creative problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Office Suite, PowerPoint; Salesforce (SFDC), SmartSheet, D365 experience is a plus Must live in South Central Region (Texas, Colorado, Arizona, Oklahoma) Why Work for Us?

This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. The expected Base Salary Range: $115,000.00-$155,000.00.
