Responsibilities
Develop and execute the annual marketing plan designed to achieve volume and margin goals for assigned categories.
Coordinate with Supply Planning, Demand Planning and Operations to align production with forecasted demand, monitor product quality, and drive projects for specific products and categories.
Oversee strategic brand plan completion and all aspects of brand management for assigned categories.
Work with JT Mega (agency) to develop creative strategies to achieve sales goals.
Develop and deliver product training; assist with customer visits when assigned categories are in scope.
Participate in new item development and innovation strategies, collaborating with the Innovation Team Lead for Foodservice.
Partner with the foodservice sales force to execute marketing plans, driving tonnage and profitable growth.
Monitor raw material markets and make pricing decisions for assigned items.
Travel to the field for frontline exposure and recommend plans that capitalize on favorable conditions or correct issues.
Attend industry conferences to stay informed on channel insights and regulatory compliance.
Monitor inventories to maximize order fill while limiting distressed sales.
Collaborate with One Supply Chain to maximize raw material utilization and customer demand.
Qualifications This position may be offered as either Brand Manager I or Brand Manager II, depending on experience and skill set.
5+ years of Foodservice marketing or Foodservice sales experience.
High emotional intelligence, positive culture champion, and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Proven aptitude and effectiveness in budget and financial management.
Ability to lead cross‑functional teams without authority.
Pattern of initiative and strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
Team orientation on complex projects.
Strong analytical, time‑management, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking skills.
Citizen or National of the United States, lawful permanent resident, or authorized to work in the U.S.; no future need for visa sponsorship.
