Sales Manager - Fabric Environments

In this role, the Sales Manager will accelerate national revenue growth by developing talent, sharpening conversion performance, and expanding client share of wallet.
Travel roughly 10-20% to visit clients - mainly an overnight trip
What You Will Be Doing
Lead, train, and mentor a team of up to 10 sales reps to improve conversion and margin performance
Drive new business development while increasing share of wallet within existing accounts
Oversee CRM driven lead qualification, distribution, forecasting, and funnel management
Conduct weekly performance reviews, KPI tracking, and strategic sales planning
Support field visits (10-20% travel) to strengthen client relationships and close high value opportunities
What You Need for this Position
Bachelors Degree + 5 years of work experience
Maintain a complete understanding of pricing, price strategy & overall marketing concept
Proven sales management experience with strong coaching, KPI setting, and performance oversight
High level organizational discipline with the ability to prioritize deadlines and resources
Strong verbal and written communication for client interaction and team leadership
Advanced analytical ability to evaluate leads, quantify opportunities, and interpret sales data
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, plus comfort working in CRM systems
