Sport Clips of Newark/Christiana is hiring Salon Managers to lead and inspire our team. We believe that hair stylists and barbers are the heart and soul of our brand. Our goal is to create an exceptional salon environment where your cosmetology or barber craft is respected, your voice is heard, and your talent takes center stage.
As a Salon Manager, you will spend your time cutting hair on the floor, developing stylists, managing day‑to‑day salon activities, and helping grow the store’s clientele.
Qualifications
A valid DE cosmetology or barber license
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Physical Requirements
Standing for long periods of time
Gripping, fine manipulation, twisting, and turning continuously
Working above shoulder level continuously
Frequent bending, pushing, and pulling
Occasional kneeling and climbing
Hands frequently exposed to water
