Retail Account Associate
Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams to ensure marketing content/catalog delivery is clear and accurate. Respond to customer product concerns with appropriate division teams. Develop product sell sheets, video content and other selling aids.
Review and resolve order discrepancies and item maintenance issues. Collaborate with both internal category management team and customer merchandising & supply chain teams.
Assist with returns, warranty processes, and claim resolution by coordinating with internal and external (customer) teams such as customer service and distribution.
Partner with logistics team to support program execution and help address delivery or pickup concerns.
Ensure pricing accuracy by delivering on-time price adjustments, reviewing reporting, submitting corrections, and supporting invoice reviews.
Help administer customer funding, trade programs, and deduction reconciliation. Assist credit teams with account payment and receivables.
Claims - Process warranty and labor claims in system. Provide support and issue resolution. Act as liaison between internal parties to provide thorough customer feedback.
Coordinate customer training sessions, business reviews, and on-site or virtual meetings. Assist with planning customer visits, market visits, and participate in key company events.
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, office coordination, and basic reporting.
Perform other duties to support the Account Management team as needed.
Job Requirements
Must be located in the Memphis, Tennessee area. This is an in-office position.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Language Skills – English verbal and written required.

Organizational and analytical skills.
Assists with order management processing, as well as data and catalog information delivery.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic business acumen.
Ability to work successfully in a team environment and work in a global environment with multinational team and customers.

Industry experience and Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
