Job Details We are looking for an Account Executive (salary + commission) to help bring innovative outdoor advertising campaigns to life for brands in Bullhead City, AZ, and surrounding areas. The role requires a strong understanding of marketing and sales and enthusiasm for every sale—big or small.

Compensation & Benefits
Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm schedule, paid holidays, and a mix of office and field work.
First‑year earning potential of $50,000 – $75,000 (incl. commissions), commission uncapped.

Responsibilities
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Target businesses, visit existing clients, and manage competitor accounts.
Use Lamar tools to locate prospects, follow up on leads, and prepare proposals.
Maintain detailed sales plans and records.
Participate in sales and regional meetings, seminars, and trade shows.
Handle administrative duties such as order follow‑up and issue resolution.
What We’re Looking For
Comfortable with cold calling and in‑person outreach.
Strong oral and written presentation skills.
Alignment with inclusivity values and ability to communicate with diverse audiences.
Motivation to learn new technology and systems.
Effective time‑management and self‑organization.
Passion for outdoor advertising and selling its benefits.
Resilience in response to rejection and ability to meet quotas.
Education and Experience
Current, valid driver’s license required.
College degree preferred.
Prior outdoor advertising sales experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Assessment Applicants will complete an 8‑15 minute personality assessment. Honest responses are essential; incomplete assessment may result in disqualification.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Work combines office and field environments, including sales calls in the field.
Light lifting, vision, balance, and communication required.
Less than 10% night travel.
