Job Overview Our Field Sales Representatives bring customized, white‑glove experiences directly into customers’ homes. You will:
Kick off with paid training and independent field work.
Connect with existing customers daily and engage warm prospects during scheduled appointments.
Offer hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected.
Use strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals.
Qualifications
1+ years of commission sales experience (outside sales preferred).
Demonstrated success in hitting sales targets.
Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value.
Strong verbal communication and rapport‑building skills.
Valid driver’s license and readiness to drive; company vehicle provided for business use only.
Willingness to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Successful completion of background check, drug screening, criminal history and motor vehicle record.
Base salary range: $60,300 to $100,000, plus uncapped commission opportunities. Highest earners can make up to $100,000.
