Join an elite group of sales professionals delivering customized, white‑glove experiences directly in the customer’s home. As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you will connect with customers, introduce the latest technology and services, and thrive on the challenge of meeting sales goals. With uncapped commission potential, top earners can achieve annual earnings of $100,000 or more.
Our new Field Sales Representatives earn between $60,300 and $100,000, including base salary and uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting salary may vary by geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
You will be the face and voice of AT&T, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments. You’ll close the deal by offering hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions—keeping customers connected to what matters most.
How you get the job done
Kick off with paid training—setting you up for independent field work. Coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning will keep you on track and tech‑savvy.
Connect with existing customers daily. AT&T provides scheduled appointments to engage warm prospects effectively.
Use strong negotiation and communication skills to make smooth pivots, stay highly motivated, and drive sales.
Key Expectations to Succeed
1+ year of commission‑based sales experience; outside sales experience highly preferred.
Proven success in achieving sales targets.
Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
Strong verbal communication skills and rapid rapport building.
Valid driver’s license and readiness to use the company vehicle for official business use.
Willingness to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet customer timelines.
Successful completion of background check, drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.
Compensation Base salary range: $60,300 – $100,000. Uncapped commission potential allows top earners to reach $100,000 or more.
