As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll connect directly with prospects to introduce AT&T’s latest technology and services, driving results through uncapped commission potential.
Job Description Our new representatives earn between $60,300 and $100,000, including salary and uncapped commission.
Your role includes providing hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolution, keeping customers fully connected.
How you get the job done
Receive paid training and ongoing coaching to succeed independently in the field.
Engage with scheduled appointments from AT&T and connect with existing customers daily.
Employ strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals effectively.
Key expectations to succeed
1+ year of commission sales experience (outside sales highly preferred).
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficient upselling techniques that increase customer value.
Strong verbal communication and rapport‑building skills.
Valid driver’s license and readiness to drive; company vehicle provided for official use.
Flexible schedule to meet customers, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Successful completion of a background check, drug screening, criminal history, and motor‑vehicle record review.
