Inside Sales Representative
Keen Search & Staffing, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our client in north Dallas.
Requirements 2+ years in an inside sales role.
Responsibilities
Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up as well as outbound cold calls and emails.
Respond to all inbound leads quickly.
Manage a steady flow of incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages throughout the day while following provided scripts when applicable, and document detailed notes on each account.
Work Schedule 8 AM to 5 PM; In office – South of Addison Airport.
Compensation Base salary plus unlimited commission on revenue generated.
Benefits 5 Days of paid Sick Leave.
401K: 1% match for first 1%, then 0.5% match for each 1% up to 6% for a max 3.5% match.
