COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $23.08/hr • Monday–Friday • Start Date: January 26, 2026

ROLE IMPACT Turn conversations into contracts—and get paid for it. As a Lease Consultant / Inside Sales Representative, you play a direct role in driving revenue by converting warm landlord leads into executed lease agreements. You’ll own the sales process end-to-end, from first call to signed documentation, with clear visibility into your performance and earnings. This is a high-impact, high-volume role for someone who thrives on closing deals, moving fast, and seeing measurable results from their efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Execute high-volume outbound calls while promptly responding to inbound landlord inquiries Qualify prospects, identify decision-makers, and advance opportunities through the sales funnel Clearly present, explain, and negotiate lease terms to secure signed agreements Prepare, review, and submit accurate lease documentation in a timely manner Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records of all interactions, notes, and deal progress Research and validate lease and property data using internal systems and public sources

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1–2 years of commission-based outbound or inside sales experience Confident, persuasive phone presence with strong objection-handling skills Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously while following structured processes Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word High School Diploma or equivalent

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) Microsoft Excel and Word VoIP and dialer systems Internal sales and data-verification tools

PREFERRED SKILLS Experience in a call center or fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment Demonstrated success exceeding sales targets or earning commission Exposure to real estate, leasing, or property-related sales
