Inside Sales Lease Negotiator Location:
Allen, TX | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $23.08/hr + commission opportunities • Monday–Friday, standard business hours • Start Date: January 26, 2026
ROLE IMPACT As an Inside Sales Lease Negotiator, you’ll be the voice that turns opportunity into signed success. You’ll connect with property owners, build trust fast, and negotiate lease terms that work for everyone. Every call you make and every deal you close drives measurable growth for the company—and for your own earnings. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Make high-volume outbound calls and respond quickly to warm inbound landlord leads • Build instant rapport while uncovering each client’s goals and decision drivers • Negotiate lease terms with confidence, balancing assertiveness and professionalism • Manage every stage of the deal—from proposal to signed agreement—with precision • Keep CRM records detailed and accurate for seamless follow-up and reporting • Research and verify property details using internal tools and public sources
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 1–2 years of inside or outbound sales experience, ideally in a commission-based role • Strong closer mentality with proven ability to overcome objections • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented; proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word • High School Diploma or equivalent
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent) • Microsoft Excel and Word • VoIP calling systems • Internal leasing and data verification tools
PREFERRED SKILLS • Background in leasing, real estate, or call center sales • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas • Competitive, goal-driven attitude with a collaborative team spirit
