What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Promote and sell participation loan opportunities to community banks while developing new relationships with prospective partners
Engage with current and potential bank partners through regular travel and presentations
Collaborate with internal teams to structure and present loan participation opportunities
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales performance in CRM systems
Stay informed on market trends and provide management with regular sales activity reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred
Proven experience in sales within the banking or financial services industry, particularly with loan participations or commercial lending
Strong understanding of community banking operations and lending practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in consultative selling within the banking sector
Familiarity with regulatory changes in the community banking and loan participation space
Established network within the banking industry
