What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Prospect and close sales of Point of Sale solutions to small and mid-sized businesses
Conduct in-person and phone presentations to explain the value proposition of Global Payments products
Schedule appointments and maintain ongoing communication with business ownersUtilize CRM platforms (Atlas and Salesforce) for lead generation and client management
Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions for performance coaching
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid driver's license required for regular travel to client sites
Completion of a background check and mandatory drug screening post-employment offer
Ability to work in the field a minimum of 75% of the time
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
At least two years of relevant experience in sales or a related field
Knowledge of the restaurant and/or retail industry
Strong prospecting, communication, and networking skills
