Nutrition Formulators
We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Sales Representative with 10+ years of experience in nutraceutical sales and an existing book of business. This role is responsible for managing and expanding strategic customer accounts while driving new revenue opportunities within the nutraceutical, dietary supplement, and private‑label manufacturing space. The ideal candidate possesses strong industry relationships, in-depth market knowledge, and a consultative sales approach to support long‑term customer partnerships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, grow, and expand an established book of nutraceutical customers.
Drive new business development within dietary supplements, functional foods, and private‑label formulations.
Build long‑term relationships with key accounts, distributors, and brand owners.
Promote contract manufacturing, private‑label, and custom formulation services.
Identify customer needs and recommend formulations, packaging, and regulatory solutions.
Prepare and negotiate pricing, quotations, and commercial terms.
Support product registration, stability studies, and regulatory documentation.
Oversee order lifecycle: forecasting, production coordination, invoicing, and delivery.
Collaborate with Accounting on collections and payment terms.
Coordinate with Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality teams.
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales activity reports.
Act as an escalation point for customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
Participate in trade shows, industry conferences, and customer visits.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Minimum 10+ years of proven success in nutraceutical or dietary supplement sales; established, transferable book of business.
Strong understanding of GMP manufacturing, private‑label, and regulatory requirements.
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑management skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and sales reporting tools.
Ability to travel as required.
