Position Summary

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a proactive, results‑driven Inside Sales Representative to support the expansion of new product lines, strengthen customer relationships, and drive incremental revenue growth across an established customer base. This role is heavily focused on outbound calling, account development, and lead nurturing within the manufacturing industry.

The ideal candidate is sales‑motivated, comfortable with high‑volume outreach, and skilled at uncovering opportunities within both existing and new accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily outbound calls to existing customers to increase product penetration and promote new product lines

Identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts and develop strategies to increase sales volume

Prospect and qualify new customers within targeted market segments

Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and pipeline activity within CRM/ERP systems

Collaborate with outside sales, customer service, and marketing teams on coordinated outreach and campaigns

Prepare quotes, manage follow‑up communications, and respond to product inquiries

Develop strong working knowledge of the full product portfolio to position complete solutions and system offerings

Track and report key performance indicators, including call volume, conversion rates, sales growth, and opportunity creation

Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity

Required Qualifications

2–4 years of inside sales, account development, or business development experience

Strong phone presence with proven relationship‑building skills

Experience using CRM and/or ERP systems

Ability to manage high‑volume outbound activity while prioritizing opportunities effectively

Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the electrical, industrial, or construction supply industry

Background selling manufacturing materials

Familiarity with outbound, phone‑based sales strategies
