About the Role : Are you interested in expanding your career in Lifecycle marketing? The WITHIN team is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate, motivated Account Manager who is willing to take the lead across multiple retention channels such as email, SMS, push and loyalty. This is a unique opportunity in a rapidly expanding company.
Responsibilities
Work across a portfolio of clients managing day to day while driving strategy towards longer term objectives
Daily account management and optimization
Implementing proprietary technology and best practices
Responsible for driving, creating, managing, optimizing and reporting on campaigns
Define and implement measurement strategies and delivering insights reports that align with client marketing and business objectives
Interface and partnering with SBUs such as creative, client service and analytics
Manage client calls and conduct client presentations
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years of experience in retention marketing at an agency, brand or ad tech partner)
A minimum of 2 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
Experience with other ESP’s (Braze, or Klavyio are preferred) required
Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics required
Experience and/or passion working with DTC brands
General business acumen
Strong project management and ability to lead
Go‑getter attitude with a desire to work in a fast‑paced, exciting environment
Team player
Solution focused individual who thinks outside the box for clients
Working knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel (conditional statements, pivot tables and vlookups)
Ability to present data to clients in a meaningful way
