E-commerce Inside Sales Associate - $20/hr
We are seeking a driven and skilled E-commerce Inside Sales Representative to become a part of our vibrant sales team. In this position, you will be instrumental in developing our sales strategy, optimizing sales techniques, and fostering business expansion.
As a member of a fast-growing team, you will have the chance to make a significant difference by offering innovative ideas and assisting in the improvement of our sales outcomes.
This position is entirely remote; however, due to company policy, candidates must be living in Nevada.
Compensation includes a base pay of $20 per hour plus a commission structure based on sales goal incentives.
Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to engage prospective clients
Continuously test and improve sales pitches, strategies, and approaches
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Provide actionable feedback to refine sales tactics and improve team outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales processes and improve customer experiences
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using Salesforce or a comparable CRM system
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance sales initiatives and overall performance
Qualifications:
3 years of inside sales experience
Demonstrated success in a fast-paced and evolving sales environment
Strong experience with high-volume outbound calling and time management
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage potential clients effectively
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred
