Outbound Sales Specialist Pay:

$20/hr + Commission

Responsibilities

Qualify outbound leads to help grow a new business unit.

Make a high volume of outbound calls in a metrics-driven environment.

Conduct timely follow-ups and thoroughly qualify marketing and sales leads.

Skills & Requirements

3 or more years of experience in sales, sales support, lead management, or telemarketing.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent listening, probing, and phone communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior professional sales experience with the travel, travel planning, or hospitality industry
