As a Junior Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in helping homeowners find the right LeafFilter solution to protect their property and meet their long-term needs. Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assess their needs
Recommend the right LeafFilter gutter protection solutions for homeowners
Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Strive to meet or exceed personal and store sales goals
Stay informed about current promotions, products, and installation options
Assist with maintaining store cleanliness and visual presentation
Provide excellent service through clear communication and follow-up
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus—but not required
Strong communication and people skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Must be 18 years of age or older
