Job Type Regular, Full‑time
Location Market – SWFBA – ME – Scarborough
Pay & Benefits Pay: $22 Hourly (Location Specific)
Bonus: Up to 10 % paid Monthly
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday

Responsibilities
Effectively promote Springs Window Fashions products within assigned retail locations to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers at leading home improvement retailers.
Ensure the “Best Experience” for retail partners and end‑consumers through expert product knowledge and outstanding service.
Optimize product displays and in‑store presence to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
Serve as a trusted advisor, educating retailers and customers on the features and benefits of Springs Window Fashions products.
Implement and adapt sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve sales objectives.
Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Proven ability to consistently drive results and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Experience influencing retail partners and establishing strong, lasting relationships with key decision‑makers, especially within the Home Improvement sector.
Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Highly adaptable with the ability to adjust sales strategies to evolving market conditions and retailer needs.
Self‑starter who can work independently and manage time effectively.
Ability to acquire and sustain a high level of product knowledge and effectively communicate it to retailers and customers.
Reliable transportation for daily travel to multiple stores; valid driver’s license required.
Physical ability to lift and move displays weighing 25 lbs. or more, and to use small power tools such as drills for display setup.
