Responsibilities
Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
Engage with the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls.
Work a schedule between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends; schedules released 2 weeks in advance.
Adapt to a fast‑paced environment and stay current with evolving technology.
Qualifications
Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.
No sales experience? Training, tools, and coaching will be provided.
Compensation Retail Sales Consultant salary range: $40,000 to $63,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Starting salary may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
