Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Inside Wholesale Account Executive at LendSure Mortgage Corp., located in Cincinnati, OH. The Inside Wholesale Account Executive will be responsible for fostering relationships with mortgage brokers, assisting with loan submissions, and managing the pre‑qualification and loan structuring processes. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining communication with clients, analyzing borrower documentation, and assisting in the growth of the company’s wholesale business initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and customer service skills
Experience in loan structuring, underwriting, and mortgage‑related operations
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail
Knowledge of Non‑QM and other loan programs, such as Bank Statement and Property Investor Loans
Ability to collaborate with team members and build rapport with mortgage professionals
Proficiency in commonly used software for mortgage processing and documentation
Prior experience in a sales‑driven environment is a plus
