Base Salary plus unlimited commission, Annual Range: $48,000 - $250,000. Starting Salary $48,000 Job Description LendSure Mortgage, a National leader in Wholesale Non-QM Mortgages is hiring Inside Sales Account Executives for our Blue Ash, OH Production Office. LendSure specializes in Non-QM mortgage solutions, and we are seeking consultative and service oriented Account Executives that possess a high work ethic and are very coachable. No mortgage experience is required, but a background in sales is preferred. The ideal candidate will have mortgage experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make out-going calls to our Mortgage Broker client base to promote LendSure's NON -QM loan products. Duties and Responsibilities
The Inside Sales Account Executive is responsible for marketing LendSure loan products to prospective brokers/bankers through calling leads and telemarketing channels. In addition, the Inside AE manages established broker relations including broker approvals, education, customer service regarding process, product, and technology. Responsibilities
Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with mortgage brokers and other mortgage loan originators, including 50-75 phone calls per day, email campaigns, and marketing campaigns. Learning full product guidelines and learning how to offer these products and position the full product menu to our mortgage brokers and mortgage bankers. Determining the viability of loans proposed by mortgage loan originators. Assisting mortgage loan originators with loan submission. Following up on outstanding loan closing conditions. Making sure loans move promptly to closing Qualifications
Highly motivated and driven; competitive Strong organizational skills Selling, negotiating and closing skills Not afraid to hit the phones 50-75 outbound calls per day Self-confidence to present our programs to a room of people Mortgage experience preferred B2B sales: 1 year (preferred) Schedule
