Account Development Manager The Pittsburgh Paints Company

Location: Acworth, GA; Woodstock, GA; Conyers, GA.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure outstanding customer service is provided to existing customer accounts by keeping up to date with current promotions, new products, and customer service practices to find opportunities for growth.

Develop account planning strategies, identify sales opportunities, and assess accounts with growth potential in the commercial, industrial, and new home construction segments.

Use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to run accounts, maintain call logs and contact information, and generate reports.

Collaborate with store managers and employees to ensure customers' needs are met or exceeded.

Facilitate accurate customer quotes to achieve margin targets in alignment with pricing strategies.

Qualifications

High school diploma required with 3+ years of previous sales experience and stellar customer service acuity; a higher‑level education degree in a business‑related field preferred.

CRM software experience preferred; prior coatings experience highly sought after.

Daily travel within your assigned territory; must possess a valid driver's license.
