What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop a sales strategy to retain and grow revenue streams from an assigned book of business

Collaborate with team members across various departments and locations to enhance client service and experience

Create value-added solutions to help clients transact and exceed sales goals

Consultative solutions selling at clients' places of business

Leverage Salesforce as a selling tool and informational resource

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years of sales experience, or equivalent experience

Valid driver’s license and safe driving record

Working knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and best practices

Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in automotive, auction, wholesale, or internet sales/service

Proven track record of growing accounts from an existing base

Familiarity with SalesForce.com for navigation, reporting, and data mining

Experience conducting field visits to other sites, dealerships, or auctions
