What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Drive market penetration of Digital Retail Solutions (DRS) within the retail sector

Train sales representatives to effectively sell DRS and highlight its value proposition

Collaborate with various teams to deliver growth projections based on market performance

Own major deals and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities

Develop and implement strategic growth plans to achieve sales targets with channel partners

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing relationships with Enterprise Retail accounts

Minimum of 3 years’ experience selling and managing premium products in the relevant market

Strong ability to create and maintain relationships with customer decision-makers

Proven record of achieving sales objectives and driving revenue growth

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in the cash and valuables management industry

Familiarity with game theory and competitive selling strategies

Previous experience working with C-suite executives on major deals

Ability to create learning and development programs for sales teams

Knowledge of digital retail solutions and market trends
