What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist with quote generation, CRM updates, and pre‑sales documentation
Conduct initial research on Department of Defense opportunities and market developments
Support Sales Directors with correspondence and scheduling
Shadow product demonstrations and participate in virtual client meetings as needed
Collaborate with Sales Administration and Sales Engineering teams on proposals
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of sales, proposal, or analyst experience
Strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn about defense sales
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) or equivalent Google tools
Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to federal contract requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
Familiarity with defense, aerospace, or electronics manufacturing environments
Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, PDF tools, and CRM systems for communication and collaboration
