What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Assist the Senior Inside Sales Representative and Sales Directors with accurate quotes and timely responses to customer inquiries

Update CRM systems to document key interactions and opportunity statuses

Develop expertise in the employer’s MANET products, specifically for Unmanned Systems applications

Support customer engagement through virtual demonstrations and client meetings

Track industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of 2 years of sales, proposal, or analyst experience

Strong communication skills and a passion for learning

Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized

Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and/or equivalent Google tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree; relevant experience or internships valued

Familiarity with defense, aerospace, or electronics manufacturing environments

Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, PDF tools, and CRM systems for daily communication and collaboration
