Outside Sales Representative AKE Safety Equipment is looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to sell our flagship product STOP‑FYRE to farmers across the country.

Position: Outside Sales Representative Compensation: $90,816 per year (Commission Only) 100% straight commission plus weekly performance bonuses.

Responsibilities • Drive farm‑to‑farm to sell STOP‑FYRE directly to farmers in your territory. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Meet or exceed sales targets and earn competitive commission and bonuses.

Qualifications

Have many years of sales experience

– Must know how to sell, be excited to do so, and have learned where to look for companies to sell for.

Are extremely competitive

– Always expect to win.

Have a connection to the agricultural community

– Grew up on a farm, worked on a farm, or regularly do business with farmers.

Have background in construction and/or excavation

– Experience in construction, selling to the construction industry, or owning a construction business.

Are entrepreneurial

– Independent, self‑driven, self‑motivated, and business‑minded.

Committed to helping others

– Past experience as firefighter, law enforcement, military, or EMT.
