We are currently seeking a motivated and performance-driven Entry Level Client Account Manager to join our expanding sales team. In this role, the Entry Level Client Account Manager will be instrumental in delivering an elevated customer experience, fostering strong client relationships, and supporting AT&T’s continued market growth.

Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Client Account Manager

Conduct consultative sales conversations with new and existing clients to align AT&T solutions with individual customer needs

Consistently meet and exceed sales objectives through effective communication and comprehensive product knowledge

Manage client accounts, including new activations, renewals, and service upgrades, with accuracy and attention to detail

Represent AT&T as a trusted brand ambassador by creating positive, confidence-building customer interactions

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, refine strategies, and uncover growth opportunities

Collaborate with leadership and fellow Entry Level Client Account Managers to share insights and enhance overall sales initiatives

Qualifications for the Entry Level Client Account Manager

High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred

Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service preferred

Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build authentic customer connections

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated with strong time management skills and a proactive mindset

Experience in customer-facing or sales-driven roles is a plus
