Job Description At TA Services, we’re growing fast and looking for driven freight brokers who are hungry to build their own success. We’ll give you leads, tools, and support to get started, and the runway to grow into running your own team.
Schedule: Full-time | Standard business hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm) with flexibility during peak times.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and close new customer accounts while growing and maintaining existing relationships.
Build strong partnerships with customers and carriers to ensure consistent, reliable freight movement.
Quote freight and negotiate rates to balance profitability with competitive market pricing.
Manage shipments from pickup through delivery, proactively resolving issues, and maintaining service standards.
Take full ownership of performance and results, driving revenue growth through accountability and execution.
Work Environment
Fast-paced, team-oriented office setting.
Occasional travel for customer visits or strategic meetings.
A culture built on collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (we value skills and performance over formal education).
Experience
3PL experience preferred.
Sales experience and account development are a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with TMS platforms a plus.

Highly driven, competitive, and money motivated.
Relationship building and attention to detail.
Resilient, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Pay/Benefits/Perks
Base salary $50,000–$55,000
Incentives tied to performance
PTO that grows with tenure: accrue up to 5 days in the first year; 2 weeks’ vacation + 1 week PTO at your first anniversary
