Days and Shift Information Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM

5:00 PM Outbound truck flow may require staying beyond scheduled end time as needed Key Responsibilities Monitor the safety compliance of over-the-road contract truck drivers picking up at the Cofield location, ensuring proper PPE usage and adherence to site safety protocols. Follow all outbound shipment safety and quality control procedures, including verification of tag numbers, proper blocking, and shipment specifications. Assist with load adjustments to ensure safe and accurate outbound shipments. Operate, or learn to operate, Taylor 550 forklifts, skid steers, and potentially yard trucks in a safe and efficient manner. Support overall yard operations, including yard clean-up and completion of additional tasks assigned by the Yard Manager or Site Manager. Work Environment Outdoor and industrial yard environment Regular exposure to heavy equipment, moving vehicles, and varying weather conditions Requires adherence to strict safety standards and protocols Qualifications

Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience Previous experience in quality control or yard operations preferred Experience operating Taylor 550 forklifts is a plus Willingness to learn and operate forklifts, skid steers, and yard trucks Basic understanding of safety protocols and material handling procedures Personality Traits Dependable and punctual; arrives to work on time and ready to work safely Safety-focused with strong attention to detail Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Additional Information

Pay/Benefits/Perks Base salary $18-$19 /hr Accrue up to five days PTO in first year.
