Job Responsibilities:

Provide fast, courteous service to technicians, retail, and wholesale customers

List and price parts on repair orders and counter tickets

Write purchase orders for parts/sublet work; obtain management approval when necessary

Price and list sublet repairs on repair orders

Accurately input sales and losses into inventory system

Maintain and track special-order parts; notify appropriate staff upon receipt

Keep a customer backorder file updated

Organize and maintain the special-order parts inventory

Collect and tag defective parts for warranty claims

Assist in scrapping parts held for factory claims

Keep warranty return parts area clean and organized

Maintain parts catalogs, price schedules, and technical bulletins

Ensure work area is clean, safe, and organized

Be proficient with parts catalogs and accurate parts location

Qualifications:

Knowledge of automotive repair processes

Detail-oriented, hardworking, and a team player

Availability to work potentially Monday–Saturday

Experience required

Familiarity with

Rey & Rey, CDK , or other automotive software is a plus (not required)
