Auto Parts Advisor at O'Steen Volvo Cars of Jacksonville
O'Steen Volvo Cars of Jacksonville is looking to add a Parts Advisor to our team. Experience is preferred, but we will train the right person.
Salary: $40k - $80k per year (based on experience).

Responsibilities
Provide fast and courteous service to technicians, retail, and wholesale customers.
List and price parts on repair orders and counter tickets.
Write purchase orders for parts and sublet work; obtain management approval.
List and price all sublet repair work on repair orders.
Properly input loss and sales into the inventory control system.
Maintain records of all special-order parts and notify the authorized person of receipt.
Maintain a customer backorder file.
Maintain special-order parts inventory in a clean and orderly manner.
Ensure technicians turn in all defective parts for warranty scrap and tag them appropriately.
Assist with scrap parts held for factory claims with factory representative.
Maintain warranty return parts inventory clean and organized.
Participate in conducting a perpetual inventory.
Help maintain parts catalogs, price schedules, and other technical info and bulletins.
Keep work area clean, free of debris, safe, and put away loose stock.
Proficient in use of parts catalogs and correct part locations.
Qualifications
Automotive parts experience required.
Knowledge of automotive repairs and processes.
Hardworking, team player, pays attention to detail.
Availability to work Monday‑Saturday.
