Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths is hiring Call Center Appointment Setters to contact homeowners and schedule free in-home estimates. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy phone work and performance-based pay.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to warm and hot leads

Schedule in-home appointments for the sales team

Use scripts and CRM tools to track calls

Meet daily and weekly appointment goals

Requirements

Call center, inside sales, or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and listening skills

Reliable attendance and coachable attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
