We are looking for an
Area Sales Manager
ideally based in either the
Raleigh or Charlotte, NC Metropolitan area , working remotely as part of our Eastern US Sales Team and contributing to Team Framery across the Americas. In this role, we seek a proactive self‑starter with strong communication and collaboration skills to expand our market presence across a dynamic, multistate territory. This role's full territory will encompass North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee within the broader Southeast region.
As an Area Sales Manager, you will have the independence to develop, direct and implement area sales goals and objectives while representing Framery within the local industry. Success in this role comes from building and nurturing strong relationships with our Dealer Partners, the A&D community, End Users, Commercial Real Estate teams and Government Entities. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across the country and refine our dealer network, helping them grow and strengthen their Framery business.
You will be joining our Sales, Americas organization. Globally, our sales team consists of approximately 60 professionals, with a presence of 22 team members based across the United States. Overall the broader US‑based team consists of approximately 30 Framerians in sales, support, logistics and technician roles, all collaborating to ensure our customers' success.
We are looking for:
Prior sales experience in the local office furniture market, with an understanding of Dealer, A&D, and End User sales channels
An established industry network and existing professional relationships within the territory
Entrepreneurial and self‑motivated mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks independently
Team‑oriented mindset, collaborating with internal and external partners to drive customer success
Ability to travel actively within the territory and occasionally (1‑4x/year) to Finland or other locations for training and conferences
Base in the Raleigh or Charlotte Metropolitan Area

Compensation The compensation for this role includes a base salary in the range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, the role includes participation in a bonus program, with payouts assessed twice per year and tied to sales performance within the assigned region.
Recruitment Process
1st Interview round remotely as soon as possible
2nd Interview round live in Raleigh or Charlotte (or other agreed location)
3rd interview remotely or live with the Head of Sales
