Area Sales Manager
to amplify our growth in
the Netherlands and Belgium
markets, playing a critical role in transforming how work gets done and ensuring our solutions reach thousands of new workplaces. In this role, you will be part of our Western European Sales team, driving our journey to revolutionize the workplace with connected solutions. You’ll work closely with our key dealer partners and focus on strategic market development within our end users and architect contacts. The role is preferably based in the Greater Metropolitan Area of Amsterdam, and requires regular traveling elsewhere in the Netherlands and Belgium to meet with partners and clients.
As an Area Sales Manager, you will:
Champion the A&D Community : Actively build and nurture relationships and networks within the Architecture & Design community, positioning Framery as the partner of choice for innovative workplace design.
Empower Dealer Success : Develop and manage key account relationships and dealer networks, providing strategic support to elevate our current distributors into elite Framery partners.
Drive Demand and Engagement : Utilize presentations and engaging events as part of your toolkit to educate and convince end customers and other stakeholders about the value of Framery solutions.
To succeed in this role, you:
Have at least
a few years of sales experience , preferably in the local office furniture industry, or a closely related B2B field in the local market.
Are a natural relationship-builder with
a strong existing network of local contacts , especially within the A&D community or dealerships.
Are fluent in written and spoken
Dutch and English ; fluency in French is highly appreciated.
The most important thing, however, is your attitude. You have a passion for sales and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
