What is Required (Qualifications)
Proven success in selling technical or professional services within the geospatial domain
Strong understanding of Esri technologies and their application in local government and commercial environments
Ability to engage decision‑makers, build trust, and close complex deals
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Established network of contacts in State & Local Government
History of exceeding sales quotas in a technical services environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Geography, GIS, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
