Sales Development Program - Inside Sales at BD Nogales Norte Join for an inside sales role supporting our medical devices in the United States. This hybrid position is located in Vernon Hills, IL, requiring four days per week on-site. Job Overview

The role involves driving new and existing customer sales through telephone contact (80%) and face to face meetings (20%) to meet individual and organizational sales objectives. A strong focus on building relationships within an assigned territory, managing the sales pipeline, and presenting quarterly business updates is essential. Responsibilities

Manage, prospect, and build relationships within an assigned territory to increase revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Drive new business and increase penetration in existing accounts, including sales of medical supplies and devices with a medium sales cycle. Manage the sales pipeline and forecast monthly business objectives. Present quarterly business updates to the executive leadership team. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required. Ability to travel 20% of the time. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Self‑motivated, attention to detail, strong problem‑solving and time‑management skills. Open to future relocation for field sales opportunities. Preferred

1‑3 years of sales experience; new graduates with a minimum GPA of 3.2 are also considered. Salary Range

$30.70 – $50.60 USD hourly EEO Statement
