What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support account executives in maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships
Act as a liaison between client companies, account executives, and operations staff
Prepare and organize weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as specified by management
Communicate credit approvals and declines to vendors, brokers, and customers
Resolve issues to facilitate the funding of lease/loan transactions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or a High School Diploma/GED with three (3) years of related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Developed relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a sales or finance-related role
Familiarity with business equipment financing
Strong analytical skills and ability to research data
Previous experience in customer service or client relations
Knowledge of the financial services industry
