Teams meet two to four times yearly in person in interesting locations around the world to align on strategy and execution.

Responsibilities In this role your primary objective is to manage and mentor a successful team of 2-10 SDRs / BDRs, and maintain a multi-million dollar pipeline. You will ensure that smart and ambitious people learn and develop the skills they need to represent the company for the course of their career – both while they are on your team, and as they move onward to more senior sales and alliances positions. You should be determined to grow your own skills as well as those of your team, enjoy learning about new technologies, and be open to innovation by experimenting with new outbound approaches to adapt to changes in the market.

What We Value
