Regional BDR Team Manager at Canonical

We are expanding our sales and field engineering teams globally, including the Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams.
We are hiring SDR Team Managers to run inbound and outbound teams. In this role you will manage and mentor a successful team of 2?10 SDRs/BDRs and maintain a multi?million dollar pipeline while fostering talent development and a strong culture.
Responsibilities
Manage a high?performing SDR/BDR team.
Develop outbound and inbound sales strategies.
Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline.
Foster continuous learning and skill development for team members.
Qualifications / Values
- Excellent academic results at school and university
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business or STEM
- Knowledge and passion for business development, sales and technology
- Track record of bringing exceptional outbound sales development results
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement curious, flexible, scientific
- Creative problem solving and cross?team collaboration
- Leadership experience of one form or another
- Able to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement
