Retail Sales Consultant – AT&T – Hamilton, NJ
Join AT&T’s retail sales team in the Hamilton Marketplace and help families and communities stay connected with the latest devices and services.
Responsibilities
Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through AT&T product options and services.
Make outbound calls, fill online orders, and participate in community events to build customer relationships.
Manage a flexible schedule from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., including weekends, following a seniority‑based calendar.
Achieve sales targets and earn commissions, with uncapped potential for high performers.
Compensation Base salary range:
$15.65 – $17.53
per hour. Annual commission potential up to
$13,700
plus uncapped bonuses (top earners can reach $62,460 per year).

Qualifications
Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience a plus; no experience required – training and coaching will be provided.

Schedule Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Time type: Regular. Seniority‑based schedule, 2 weeks in advance.
