Parts & Service Metro Area Manager – Albuquerque, NM
We are seeking an experienced sales manager to lead our dealership partnerships in the Albuquerque metro area. The primary responsibilities include forecasting retail sales, managing vehicle scheduling, reviewing dealer financials, advising on process improvements, and ensuring marketing initiatives align with brand guidelines. The role requires the ability to motivate dealer teams and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of sales or marketing experience
Resident of or willing to relocate to Albuquerque, NM
Ability to work in a fast‑paced sales environment
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in a new‑car automotive dealership environment
Strong multi‑tasking and relationship‑building skills
Proven leadership and a history of achieving goals
Self‑motivated and results‑driven
Preferred Qualifications
Additional experience in a new‑car automotive dealership environment
Advanced multi‑tasking in a high‑velocity setting
Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
Demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership and achievement
Self‑motivated with a proven ability to exceed goals
