Responsibilities

The role is a 100% commission plus commission bonus opportunity. Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k‑$70k in the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k. (Note: this is a commission‑only role.)

Meet face‑to‑face with customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs.

Generate revenue through referrals and prospecting additional customers.

Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually.

Deliver excellent customer service and present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel.

Use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid driver’s license to travel locally to meet customers and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards.

Minimum of two self‑generated installed sales per month, which pay higher commissions.

Availability for evening & weekend appointments.

Direct Seller Contract.

Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations.

Present yourself professionally, including in Empire branded apparel.

Attendance at sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually.
